Welcome to the Pateros Technological College Request & Queue System. By using this system, you agree to the following terms:
1. Account & Access: You must use your institutional email. Do not share one-time passwords (OTP) or allow others to access your account.
2. OTP Security: OTPs are time-limited and for your sole use. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the registrar's office immediately.
3. Accurate Information: All details you submit (document requests, pickup dates, etc.) must be accurate. Providing false information may delay or cancel processing.
4. Updates: Status changes and notices appear in your dashboard and in the Notifications menu. Please check these regularly to track your requests.
5. Privacy: We collect necessary data (name, course, year/section, requests, and activity logs) to process documents and maintain system integrity. Your data is stored in accordance with PTC policies and applicable laws.
6. Data Use: Your information is used to verify identity, process requests, generate tracking codes/QRs, and send updates. We do not sell personal data.
7. Misuse: Attempts to bypass security, spam requests, or tamper with records may result in access restrictions and administrative action.
